The services offered may include, but are not limited to, expedited courier services, same-day delivery, overnight shipping, last-mile delivery, and any other services as agreed upon by both Parties.
2. Service Terms:
a. Service Request: The Customer shall make service requests specifying the type of service needed, package details, destination, and any special instructions.
b. Pricing: Service pricing will be determined based on the service type, package size, delivery distance, and any additional services requested.
c. Payment: Payment terms, including acceptable forms of payment and due dates, are outlined in the Company's payment policy.
d. Delivery Times: The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
e. Liability: The Company is responsible for packages during transit, and any damage or loss will be subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the Company's liability policy.
3. Customer Responsibilities:
a. Accurate Information: The Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the package, delivery requirements, and contact details.
b. Payment: The Customer shall ensure timely payment for services rendered, as per the payment policy.
4. Confidentiality:
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the course of service, including customer information and delivery details.
5. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party with written notice to the other Party in accordance with the termination provisions detailed in the Company's termination policy.
6. Applicable Law:
